The date that the first coaching session takes place is the start date for the service. If a client is unhappy with any of the terms and conditions, they can contact Annabel Louise to discuss any concerns and see if they can be resolved before the first coaching session. Participation by any individual in the first coaching session constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Annabel Louise’s sessions all take place over Skype or Zoom. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are ready for the session to commence at the designated time and Annabel Louise will phone the client.
The length of each session is agreed between Annabel Louise and the client before coaching and mentoring sessions commence.

All fees must be received at least 24 hours before the coaching and mentoring session is due to begin; sessions are paid for on a weekly basis. 30-minutes of coaching and mentoring is charged at £16 per session and 45-minutes of coaching and mentoring is charged at £20 per session. It will be up to Annabel to decide which session length is suitable for the client.

The date and time of the first session and any subsequent session(s) will be agreed between Annabel Louise and the client by text or email and confirmed by Annabel Louise via text or email.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or by Paypal. Annabel will provide these details when the client confirms commencement of the service.

If Annabel Louise has to cancel a session and the client has paid, this money will be be used for a rearranged session.

If less than one hour’s notice, or no notice, is given of cancellation, the full session fee will be charged. If the client gives more than one hour’s notice, no fee will be charged.

If Annabel Louise doesn’t feel the coaching and mentoring is working (for whatever reason), she may cease the sessions without giving reason. Additionally, a client may stop coaching and mentoring whenever they wish, without giving reason for terminating the sessions.

Annabel Louise may give the client tasks or exercises to complete between coaching sessions. The client does not have to complete these activities, but not doing so may slow the client’s progress.

The client may contact Annabel by text or e-mail between sessions to seek clarification regarding anything arising from a coaching session or for administrative purposes (e.g. where a client needs to rearrange a coaching session or make a payment).

If a client needs to rearrange a coaching session, they should provide at least twelve hours notice. No refunds will be given to clients for unused coaching sessions unless twelve hours notice has been given. In exceptional circumstances Annabel Louise may need to rearrange a coaching session. In those instances she will give the client twelve hours notice where practical.

Where a client pays for a session or sessions in advance they must have the coaching session(s) that they have paid for within one month of the payment or their fee is forfeited.

Personal information or business information supplied by clients in coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior permission, save where required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the client or someone else.

Annabel Louise accepts no liability for any loss incurred by any client, whether financial or otherwise, following commencement of coaching sessions, or for any perceived failure by the client, whether justified or otherwise, to achieve a material improvement in quality of life or business or to achieve their desired outcomes or goals.

This contract is governed by the law of England whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute, disagreement, proceedings or legal claim of any nature relating to the service provided or the contract.
